Richards/Carlberg to tell Houston Zoo Story as City’s Conservation Leader
HOUSTON (April 27, 2017) – As the Houston Zoo focuses on its role as a conservation leader and its place in the global movement to save wildlife, Richards/Carlberg has been selected as the zoo’s new Strategic Branding and Creative Advertising Partner. “The Houston Zoo is about connecting communities with animals and inspiring action to save wildlife. It’s time to elevate our story of how we preserve wildlife and their habitats by combining conservation with education and the promotion of sustainable livelihoods in local communities,” said Lee Ehmke, CEO and President of the Houston Zoo. “We want to be known as Houston’s Conservation Leader and Richards/Carlberg is the perfect partner in helping us realize this vision.” Representing the Houston Zoo adds to Richards/Carlberg’s growing niche in the conservation and environmental arenas. The company’s work on behalf of Buffalo Bayou Partnership is a successful branding effort working with public/ private initiatives.
